President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy to Meet November 3

The President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy will convene a meeting which will be open to the public. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Council’s priorities and how it can best advise the President and the Secretary of the Treasury. The Department of Treasury will also provide an update about the status of the recommendations made by the Council in January 2008. The meeting will be held on November 3, 2009 at 10 a.m. ET at the Department of the Treasury in Media Room 4121. The public is invited to submit written statements to the Council.
