OCA Releases Panel Review of CPP Actuarial Report
The Office of the Chief Actuary (OCA) of Canada released the findings of the peer panel
review
of the 23rd
Actuarial Report
on the Canada Pension Plan (CPP). Work performed by the OCA meets all professional standards of practice and assumptions and methods used are reasonable. The panel made 12 recommendations on various aspects of the report including data, methodology, communication of results and other actuarial issues.
