Our membership reflects our commitment to a culture that embraces diverse experiences, perspectives, backgrounds and needs. We foster and value an inclusive environment that brings each sector we serve together in a collaborative way to grow and develop the knowledge of our members and enrich their lives and careers in the employee benefits field. The International Foundation values the differences in its membership and headquarters staff and recognizes that this diversity adds value to the organization, its mission and the quality of its programs and services. The International Foundation embraces diversity as a strategy to advance its effectiveness and recommends that volunteers identify and encourage diversity on the International Foundation Board and Committees and other volunteer activities.
