Job Description:

The Manager of Leave Administration coordinates and supports all Leave programs throughout the Company. Effectively coordinates all cases/claims to include claim administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Short Term (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) Disability regulations as well as all related employment laws.

- Subject matter expert for all Leave and Worker's Compensation programs.
- Interprets and administers all Leave policies in accordance with applicable Federal and State employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination, etc.).
- Work with facilities on case management on FMLA claims. Reviews all investigative details.
- Reviews all approvals/denials of leaves based on medical information to ensure that HIPPA and Employee Privacy guidelines are closely monitored and effectively executed.
- Review all administrative aspects of Leave claims to include hours used and work closely with the facilities and Payroll to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain open lines of communication and appropriate contact with all facilities regarding leave and all aspects of return to work.
- Coordinates and/or conducts investigations of alleged fraudulent activity on all Leave cases. Work closely with HR to identify, research and resolve matters.
- Meet regularly to review status of cases/claims and develops legally sound strategies for resolution.
- Monitor STD/LTD programs. Ensure that STD and WC claims are coordinated with FMLA.
- Requires a BS Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Prefer five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources, Legal or a Related Field managing Leave cases (FMLA, STD, Worker's Compensation) in a multi-state environment.
