Among the reasons hardly anyone ever leaves before retirement (and even then, they come back for the bocce league): outstanding benefits, creative and caring co-workers, and an unwavering commitment to provide the best employee benefits education.  The organization has been respected throughout the United States and Canada since it was founded in 1954. But the family-friendly workplace, tucked into a heavily wooded 15-acre campus in the Milwaukee suburb of Brookfield, is one of the Midwest's best kept secrets. In addition to getting paid and receiving best benefits you've ever seen (our vision plan means you can get cool eyeglass frames), we offer a slew of happenings to keep the camaraderie going including a softball team, an annual golf outing, creative workshops, community volunteer events and more. Our staff is big-hearted, giving back to local families facing monumental challenges. We're small enough for you to have ongoing, meaningful impact on the organization, but big enough to make international news.
