The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans will be known and respected as an international knowledge leader in employee benefits, compensation and financial literacy, helping benefit leaders to ensure the future security of all beneficiaries.  Through continually evolving education, research and information services, the Foundation will enhance the capabilities of people and entities using, sponsoring, negotiating or delivering arrangements, products or services in these areas and will be a leading source of information for the policy makers and governmental agencies that regulate those activities.
