​​The Administrators Masters Program is designed to enhance the leadership skills you need to be a successful administrator. The program has two components—First, attend a two-day interactive workshop that will focus on leadership and management, strategic planning, customer service and project management. Then complete the program by attending the two designated educational sessions at the accompanying U.S. Annual Conference. These sessions will cover essential technical benefits topics imperative for your role.

Who Should Attend
The Administrators Masters Program is intended for administrators who have five or more years of experience in administering employee benefit plans. The course is designed to stimulate and challenge administrators and administrative staff and representatives who provide services to multiemployer and public sector benefit plans.

Continuing education (CE) credit for professional licenses, designations, and certifications MAY be available for attendance at live sessions. You must request continuing education credit on your program registration at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the program so that the Foundation can seek preapproval from the governing agency.
