Individual courses can be purchased via credit card through the bookstore. For alternative payment methods, send this order form via mail or fax or order over the phone at (888) 334-3327, option 3.

Q. Can I purchase one course for multiple people in my office?

A. No. Each person in your office will need to pay and register for a course. Each registration is linked to an individual's educational record allowing for CE/Recertification reporting, completion certificates and grades. See Team Training for group purchases.  

Q. Can I search for a course by Topic?

A. Yes. Go to the bookstore. For the Product Type select E-Learning. If you have a specific title in mind, fill that in the Title contains field; otherwise, type in a keyword and click on Search.

Q. How do I access my course after it is ordered?

A. To access your course, please log in to your My E-Learning page. If you purchased your course over the phone or through an order form, you will be emailed instructions when your course is available.

Q. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

A. Click 'Retrieve your username and reset password via email' at the bottom of the log in page.
