Email Allow Listing

Many member services are delivered via email as well as valuable program updates and information about our many products and services. If you are having trouble receiving our emails you may need to add us to your allow list.

Allow listing must take place at two levels: at the server level and at the recipient's desktop level . The server level information should be sent to the e-mail administrator. The desktop level instructions explain the allow listing process for the recipient for most major email clients, such as Yahoo and MSN.

Server Level Allow Listing:

  • Email Service Provider: Eloqua (www.eloqua.com)
  • The sending servers are:
    • 129.145.16.5
    • 129.145.16.6
    • 129.145.16.7
  • The return path is: education.ifebp.org

Desktop Level Allow Listing:

AOL Subscribers:

  1. From your mailbox screen click on the drop down arrow to the right of the 'Mail Options' and then click on Address Book.
  2. Click the Add button (Add Contact for version 8.0).
  3. Type in or cut and paste eloqua.com into the 'Screen Name' block, and then click Save.

BellSouth Subscribers:

  1. In your mail accout, click on"MailGuard Options" in the left column. (Some users may see "Manage Spam".)
  2. Select the "Review" option. This will move any suspected spam messages to a special spam folder where you will have 7 days to review each message before it is deleted.
  3. If our email ends up in your spam folder, forward the whole email to this_is_good@bellsouth.net and they will add us to their allow list.

Hotmail Subscribers:

  1. Select the Options links in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Click on Junk E-Mail Protection.
  3. Click on Safe List.
  4. Type in or cut and paste eloqua.com into the the box and then click Add.

Yahoo Subscribers:

  1. From your mailbox screen click on the drop down arrow to the right of the 'Addresses' and
    then click on Add Contact.
  2. Type in or cut and paste eloqua.com into the the Email box and then click Save.

MSN Subscribers:

  1. Click on Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail.
  2. Click on the Junk E-mail Guard link.
  3. Click on Safe List.
  4. Type in or cut and paste eloqua.com into the Safe List box and then click Add.

Juno/Netzero Subscribers:

  1. From your mailbox screen click on the Address Book tab.
  2. Next to the Lists tab Click the 'Add new contact' link.
  3. Type in or cut and paste eloqua.com into the Email Address block, and then click the Save button.

Earthlink Webmail Subscribers:

  1. From your mailbox screen click on the Address Book.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. Type in or cut and paste eloqua.com into the E-mail block, and then click the Save button.

Outlook:

To add people to your Safe Senders List, do the following:

  1. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
  2. On the Safe Senders tab, check the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List box.
