Foundation Research: A Member Superpower

Has anyone ever asked you the timeless icebreaker question: If you could have any superpower, what would it be? Lots of movies have been released lately that depict superheroes with amazing abilities (I’m a sci-fi nerd at heart). As a member of the Foundation, you already have a superpower— You can read the minds of your industry colleagues through our survey results.

The International Foundation research team takes trending industry topics and provides in-depth coverage of employer responses through survey reports (that’s where the mind reading comes into play). Reports include difficult-to-find details and benchmarking tactics to help employers address the challenging benefits environment.

Over the last couple months, the talented Foundation research team asked members about paid leave in the workplace, flexible work arrangements, and transportation benefits and incentives.

Paid Leave in the Workplace took a deep dive into paid leave policies at corporate and public organizations. Here’s a fun fact from the report: Nearly one-third of surveyed employers offer vacation time donation.

Flexible Work Arrangements: 2017 Survey Results revealed that 94% of U.S. organizations offer some type of flexible work arrangement. And employers reported the most common ways their employees travel to the workplace in Transportation Benefits and Incentives: 2017 Survey Results.

Access to survey reports is a fantastic member benefit you don’t want to miss out on. After all, you can’t save the benefits world alone! To view a full listing of research surveys, visit
