Dori Manske

Manager, Registration and Housing Services
International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Dori Manske has been with the International Foundation and in the Registration department since 1994. Her responsibilities include managing the Registration call center and a team of 6 Registration Assistants. She is the main contact and liaison for CRM (the International Foundation database) & Passkey (housing software) systems. She sets up 75+ meetings per year in CRM system. Dori also documents & maintains all internal policies & procedures in addition to meeting & hotel block management to include interaction with speakers, hotel personnel & staff.

Dori was born in West Allis and still lives there today with her son, daughter and dog. Interests include biking, rollerblading, gardening & drawing.

Bridget Mergen, CMP

IFEBP SERVICES LLC | Meeting Manager

Bridget is a Meeting Manager for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans since 2010. She has more than 15 years of meeting and event management experience. Bridget received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2011. Before joining the International Foundation, Bridget has served in various positions within the meeting and convention industry which include Event Manager for the Wisconsin Center District, Owners and Operators of the Frontier Airlines Center, Milwaukee Theatre and US Cellular Arena, as well as Catering Sales Manager for Levy Restaurants at the Harley-Davidson Museum®. Bridget holds an Associate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Waukesha County Technical College and is a past member of the Hotel and Restaurant Program Advisory Board. She is a current member of Meeting Professionals International. Bridget resides in Brookfield with her husband, two sons and a yellow lab.

Sandra Lange

IFEBP SERVICES LLC | Exhibits Manager

Sandra Lange recently joined IFEBP SERVICES LLC as its Exhibits Manager. Sandra has over 20 years of experience in the convention, tradeshow and consumer show industry in the areas of marketing, sales, event planning and facility management.

Most recently Sandra served as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Exposition Center at State Fair Park responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of exposition center including a full-time staff of 14, 75 part-time staff and a $4.2 million annual budget. Under her leadership she significantly increased operating revenues by increasing the number of events, food and beverage income, and sponsorship dollars while reducing expenses.

Sandra Lange also served as the Director of Marketing and Sales for the Wisconsin Center District helping oversee the the daily operation and management of the three facilities, the Frontier Airlines Center, the US Cellular Arena and the Milwaukee Theatre.

Sandra Lange has a Master’s in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Marketing from UW-Whitewater. She has served on the Greater Milwaukee Hotel Motel Association Board and is currently a member of Professional Dimensions.

Brenda M. Parks, CMP

Meeting Planner
International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Brenda is a Meeting Planner at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Prior to her current position, she worked in the Audiovisual Department, which gave her an understanding for her current responsibilities. She is also has experience in international meeting planning, having worked on Canadian programs. She organizes approximately ten meetings a year, ranging from 20 to 1,200 attendees for the International Foundation and other outside companies.

Brenda’s education includes an Associates Degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College and she is a member of the Meeting Professionals International. She received her Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation in 2008 and has worked extensively with other staff members for various programs. She has been with the International Foundation since 1994.

Parks was born in Milwaukee and lives in the area. She is married with one child. Her outside interests include camping, 4-wheeling and gardening.

Tony Ellestad

Audiovisual Services Supervisor

With 20+ years in the Meetings industry Tony supervises the Audio Visual Service area. Tony has been with the International Foundation for 26 years. Before transferring to the Audio Visual Services Department, he was responsible for computer operations in the IT Department. This experience gave Tony a solid foundation for transition into the Audio Visual world as many of today’s AV technologies are largely computer based.

Tony is a member of InfoComm, the leading AV Technology Association and is active in other internal work groups at the International Foundation. 
Tony was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI.    His interests Include: Skiing, golfing and tinkering with his collector car.

Andy See

AV Technician

Andy recently joined IFEBP LLC as an Audio Visual Technician.  Prior to his current position, Andy worked with the graphics department at IFEBP and most recently had been freelancing.

Andy’s education includes an Associate Degree of Visual Communication from ITT Tech Greenfield.  Certification in TV/Video/Film Production from Milwaukee Area Technical College and The New Zealand Film Academy.

Andy was born in Shawano Wisconsin where he attended high school with his wife, Tara. They have been married for two years and have a cat named Puffin. His hobbies include playing and teaching tennis, cooking, traveling and the outdoors.
