An interactive workshop to develop the habits you want.
Knowing what to do is only part of the equation. This session teaches you how to ensure that your desired behaviour becomes a healthy habit. Based on habit development and behaviour change science, create a proactive health plan for sustainable, long-term behaviour change.
We are the sum of our daily habits. The right habits can create a framework that facilitates improvement in your physical and mental health. The wrong habits can leave you unproductive, unhealthy and burnt-out. The problem is that creating habits can be challenging. In this workshop the audience will learn research-based approaches to create and maintain new habits and how habits can lead to changes in complex behaviours that impact physical and mental health.
Share what you learn with your plan members, to facilitate
change in your health plan, union, workplace or organization. Ideas for
how this can be best implemented will be discussed.
