Leveraging your Strengths for Effective Decision Making (QS1393-01)

Take your board’s effectiveness to the next level. This ATMS CE Quality Series session will utilize participant’s results from the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire to discuss individual and group dynamics in the decision making process. Participants learn how to use their type to enhance decision making skills—and apply these skills to a variety of scenarios. In addition to enhancing individual decision making skills, this session will discuss an individual’s influence on a board’s decision making process. Participants in this CE Quality Series course will be required to complete an online questionnaire prior to attending the course. Onsite course materials will include a customized report of your MBTI results, as well as a copy of the book Introduction to Type® and Decision Making.
