Total health includes physical, mental and financial wellness. This workshop will focus on the role plan sponsors and trustees play in improving the total health of their members. This involves engaging members to help them better understand total health risks. An evidence-based model will be introduced to show how data can inform how to best deploy available resources to drive better health outcomes. Case studies will show the tactics used and highlight the key performance behaviours that led to improvements in total health. Attendees will apply what they learn in group decision-making exercises.
