Monitor Requirements

Exams must be monitored by a disinterested third party. The monitor should be an impartial person who is not concerned with the result of the examination or the success of the student. The monitor cannot be related (by family) to the student. Acceptable examples are: training directors, HR personnel, teachers, librarians and/or church leaders.

Reporting Continuing Education

The course completion date for purposes of continuing education reporting is the date the International Foundation receives your completed monitor form.

Your completed and signed monitor form must be faxed within five business days of passing your examination. Fax to: (262) 786-8650

If you fail to fax the signed monitor form within five business days you will be required to pay a $25 administrative charge and retake the final exam.

Self-study limitation: Iowa allows up to half of the CE requirements to be met through self-study courses.
