Important Continuing Education Information (Please Read Before Ordering)
Exams must be monitored by a
disinterested third party. The monitor should be an impartial person who is not concerned with the result of the examination or the success of the student. The monitor cannot be related (by family) to the student. Acceptable examples are: training directors, HR personnel, teachers, librarians and/or church leaders.
Your completed and signed monitor form must be e-mailed to email@example.com within five business days of passing your examination.
If you fail to e-mail the completed and signed monitor form within five business days you will be required to repurchase the course and retake the final exam.
