Online Training and Workshops are instructor-led interactive programs designed to give you the knowledge needed to be better in your role. These programs are hosted in Zoom and require participants to enable the microphone and camera on their device. These training workshops have limited spots available to simulate a classroom environment and make it easier for those attending to have meaningful engagement with the curriculum.

Cultures and subcultures are complex webs of social influences on attitudes and behavior. This training teaches core strategies for creating cultural environments that support physical, social and psychological well-being. The training draws upon the experiences of Dr. Richard Safeer, Chief Medical Director of Employee Health and Well-Being at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Judd Allen, Ph.D., at the Human Resources Institute, with experience from over 600 business, government and community organizations.

Advanced Trust Management Standards (ATMS) focuses on the application and analysis of the four key knowledge areas of effective trust management, adding breadth and depth to what is learned in FTMS and deepening the pension and health and welfare application. ATMS Session B concentrates on the Funding, Investment and Finance modules.

Session B of the ATMS program is the second half of earning your ATMS Certificate of Achievement.

Positive Jobsite Culture (PJC) training was developed by the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute and its partners as a tool for apprentices, journey-level workers, foremen and superintendents. This session will cover:

  • Unconscious bias and how this can impact relationships with co-workers
  • The impact bullying and hazing can have on a person
  • Tools for knowing how to react in these situations
  • Barriers that prevent jobsites from functioning at a high level.

This Intensive Training Seminar is designed to empower health promotion practitioners to teach the power of gut health, your "second brain" and the microbiome. It will be delivered with a focus on teaching how the gut and the microbiome impact physical, emotional and mental health. The power of this Intensive is that participants will be able to teach this content after completing the training.

This seminar teaches a whole-body approach to healing through gradual, holistic lifestyle change. It is filled with vital information that, if put into practice, can have a dramatic effect on physical, emotional and mental health. This seminar will help you:

  • Know the role of the gut and the microbiome as a barometer of emotional and physical health
  • Understand the role of inflammation in gut health
  • Learn to teach health promotion programs based on this training.
