While most organizations have a wellness program in place, few are satisfied with the resultant engagement and outcomes. In this interactive, highly practical program, you'll learn how to take your current program (whether just starting or decades in the making!) and optimize the reality you and your team are facing today and into the future.
The Employee Wellness Workshop provides participants with a practical way to enhance their current employee wellness strategy (or even build an effective one from the ground up). Lead and facilitated by the co-founders of US Corporate Wellness (one of only three providers nationally to hold accreditation as a Comprehensive Wellness Provider through URAC), this workshop gives you personal access to the strategies that will allow you to move beyond simply checking the wellness box.
The program includes a combination of lecture, small group breakouts and opportunities to truly dig into the best way to move forward for your specific organization. Upon completion, attendees will have created an initial SWOT analysis specific to their organization's employee wellness strategy, which can then be utilized in leadership discussions and planning going forward.

All sessions will be live via Zoom.
The program will be held from 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m. ET on:
Mid-to senior-level professionals from private and public sector employers, hospital and health systems, and universities including:
Virtual instructor-led courses are interactive programs designed to give you the knowledge needed to be better in your role. Courses are hosted in Zoom and require participants to enable the microphone and camera on their device. These courses have limited spots available to simulate a classroom environment and make it easier for those attending to have meaningful engagement with the curriculum.
Sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. This program is designated for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES®) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES®) to receive up to 4 total Category I contact education contact hours.
Attendees who participate in live scheduled sessions may be eligible to receive continuing professional education (CPE) credit. Click here to learn more.
Each session is worth one credit toward CEBS Compliance. You should self-report your attendance depending on how many full sessions you watch.
