Mental Health First Aid at work is a high-impact, skills-based training program developed by The National Council for Behavioral Health. The program teaches strategies on how to offer help to a person who may be developing or is suffering from a mental health concern or crisis. Learn how to offer support just as you would to someone having a physical/medical problem or emergency.
The program will address relevant policies/procedures, resources/employee services, and collaborative case studies. In addition, participants will be introduced to the unique challenges and needs of individuals who may be experiencing the symptoms of mental illness.

This virtual conference is well-suited for all benefits and pensions professionals serving plans and participants in the U.S. and Canada, as well as anyone who champions mental health in the workplace:
Virtual instructor-led courses are interactive programs designed to give you the knowledge needed to be better in your role. Courses are hosted in Zoom and require participants to enable the microphone and camera on their device. These courses have limited spots available to simulate a classroom environment and make it easier for those attending to have meaningful engagement with the curriculum.
Attendees who participate in live scheduled sessions may be eligible to receive continuing professional education (CPE) credit. Click here to learn more.
Each session is worth one credit toward CEBS Compliance. You should self-report your attendance depending on how many full sessions you watch.
