    COVID Safety Preparations

We have been diligently planning a safe event and anticipating numerous scenarios, and we are prepared to flex as needed. We are the only group in the Denver Convention Center, which means we can space out sessions and seating as necessary. Following the CDC's guidance to reduce transmission risk at large gatherings, all participants will be required to wear masks during indoor conference events. Learn more about our safety guidelines.

While we are doing everything we can to plan a safe environment, we recognize that only you can decide what is best for you. As a reminder, if at any point you’d like to change your in-person registration to the virtual option, you are welcome to do so. The virtual option is extremely robust and includes both live-streamed sessions from Denver as well as dedicated virtual-only workshops.

    Choose How to Attend

We can't wait to see you. Our mission is to create the best learning environment for you, and that includes ensuring a safe learning environment following the latest health guidelines. This event is also available virtually so those learning remotely can share in the educational experience. The virtual format includes all key content, and you can still qualify for a Certificate of Attendance (assuming you attend the minimum number of sessions required).

    Here's How It Works

You choose your format: in-person or virtual. You have the flexibility to change your format should your plans change—Just give us a week's notice so we can best prepare for your participation. With an in-person format, you'll receive access to the recorded sessions after the program concludes. To qualify for a Certificate of Attendance (if applicable), you must complete all the required sessions in your chosen format. For example, if you choose the in-person option, you must complete all the required sessions in person.
