Mr. Graham is vice president and regional director of compliance research at Sibson Consulting, a division of Segal. Prior to joining The Segal Company, he worked in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and MetLife. During his tenure with these firms, Mr. Graham performed compliance functions in the areas of employee benefits, wealth transfer, and income taxation. He is an ERISA/employee benefits attorney with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans (including defined contribution and defined benefit plans), health and welfare benefit plans, executive compensation arrangements, compensation planning, and employee fringe benefits. Mr. Graham works with Sibson's clients in all markets, often collaborating directly with ERISA counsel as a resource for responding to issues surfaced by the IRS, DOL and PBGC in the ongoing operation of benefit programs. He also has a background in federal and state income taxation and estate planning. Mr. Graham's responsibilities include performing research and overseeing compliance both directly with clients as well as in a supervisory capacity. He has published a number of articles and has lectured on a variety of topics in the areas of employee benefits, estate planning, and income taxation. Mr. Graham received a BA in political science from Brandeis University and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law.
