Mr. Kealey is a lead voice in North America on drug benefit plan enhancement and innovation as the president of ArcisRx, a drug benefits enhancement option for public and private plans. He is also a principal at Kealey & Associates Inc., a health care and advocacy organization. ArcisRx is poised for growth in the development of innovative and interactive drug cost analysis and pharmacy fulfillment for existing drug benefits plans. The company has developed extensive partnerships with pharmaceutical organizations and benefit plan companies.
Mr. Kealey is an experienced senior executive having served as the CEO of Canada’s largest pharmacy organization in the province of Ontario, Canada from 2004 to 2007. In this role, he distinguished himself as an advocate for the professional pharmacist and the integrity of drug supply between Canada and the United States. Mr. Kealey also was a successful advocate for the role of Pharmacist in drug reform, which has taken hold across Canada and has resulted in significant professional practice changes for Pharmacists. He was the first co-chair of the Pharmacy Council in Ontario which led to even more and current practice opportunities for Pharmacists.
Prior to this role, Mr. Kealey was a health care consultant and served in the para-public sector as a senior executive in a Canadian Crown Corporation and was an executive at a community hospital in the Greater Toronto Area. He is dedicated to public service and is involved in many organizations and causes. Mr. Kealey is an advisor to the University of Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy. He sits on a number of boards in the for-profit and non-for-profit sectors. Mr. Kealey is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and attended Kent State University in Ohio.
