Ms. Rosenberg is vice president, M&I Institutional Trust Services at Marshall & Ilsley Corporation. She has 30 years of experience in employee benefits, including 22 in bank trust departments and eight in benefits consulting. Ms. Rosenberg works extensively with companies on their qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and oversees sales and marketing activities for a seven-state region, including Minnesota. Prior employers include Richfield Bank & Trust, American National Bank, Norwest, First Trust and Watson Wyatt. She was on the ISCEBS Professional Development Committee for 2008-2009 and is an active member of the Twin Cities Chapter of ISCEBS, including past president and other board positions and current co-chair of the education committee. She is also a member of the Midwest Pension Conference and the Minneapolis Pension Council. Ms. Rosenberg has her NASD Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She has taught benefit classes at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Ms. Rosenberg has her B.A. degree in business from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and her CEBS designation, including continuing fellowship status since 1985.
