Join Art & Science of Health Promotion Conference Chair Dr. Sara Johnson for a conversation with Jessica Halem, Senior Director, The Eidos LGBTQ+ Health Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania as they discuss the evolving demographics of the LGBTQ+ community and the social/cultural landscape that surrounds us all. The LGBTQ+ community faces unique challenges in pursuit of health care, but there are opportunities to enhance health outcomes for LGBTQ+ individuals and, in doing so, our broader society. This conversation will preview Jessica Halem’s session as the 2024 Michael O’Donnell Plenary Session at the 2024 Art & Science of Health Promotion Conference.
