Quantity Discounts
There is a 15% discount off the applicable rate on orders of 25 or more copies of any single title published by the International Foundation. For larger quantities, a special discount schedule can be developed. This does not apply to books that already have quantity discount schedules.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a publication, you may return it in resalable condition within 30 days for a refund. E-books are nonreturnable. Include a copy of the original shipping documents and a written explanation for the return. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of returned books. If you receive a book that has been damaged in shipment, return it to us within 30 days for replacement or refund of the full purchase price.
Bookstores and Wholesalers
All bookstores and book wholesalers receive publications at the International Foundation member rate. Bookstores and book wholesalers must request permission in writing before returning books. Please contact the bookstore at bookstore@ifebp.org or 888-334-3327, option 4 for permission and restrictions about returns.
