Deputy Executive Director, Operations

The Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County (ERFC), is seeking a Deputy Executive Director, Operations. ERFC is a legally separate single-employer retirement system and fund established under Virginia code to provide pension benefits to educational and administrative support employees who are employed by the Fairfax County Public Schools. ERFC was entrusted with AUM of $3.1B and serves approximately 40,000 active and retired members.

The Deputy Executive Director, Operations will report to the Executive Director. This role will oversee all operational functions and divisions of ERFC, along with a staff of fourteen through two direct reports.
