An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a HR Generalist at Rezolut Corporate headquarters located in Atlanta, GA. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth, fast paced environment, you will utilize your experience in Human Resources to significantly impact and support the Rezolut team.

We provide HR support for the multi-site remote medical imaging businesses within Rezolut, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to provide HR services. You will actively engage in all functional areas of HR including staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups. Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by developing and retaining top talent.
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for administration of company benefits. In this role you will be responsible for FMLA leaves, ADA, and Workers Compensation. You will need to have experience managing fully insured benefits, invoice billing, and monthly reconciliations. Strong Excel skills are a must.


Human Resources team at Rezolut works in a fast-paced growing environment and we are leading many of the change activities. We have 20+ locations across the US and growing every day. Essential skills are:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or SHRM certification (PHR/SPHR)
• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience
• Experience integrating new acquisitions
• Experience building HR foundation - understand the foundational principles of HR and have implemented
• Experience working with remote locations in different time zones
• Benefits administration experience
• Advanced Excel skills

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Professional In Human Resources or
• Society for Human Resource Management or
• Group Benefits Associate
