The Plan Manager (Account Executive) is responsible for directing and coordinating client service activities and ensuring that unique needs of the clients are met. Deliverables are in the form of business management and administration efficiencies that include the result of satisfied clients. Some of the many tasks performed as a Plan Manager consist of servicing trustee requests as they arise, including attending trust meetings, presenting required reports (i.e., Trust Administration Reports), perform trend analysis and make recommendations as required, work with third party professionals (consultants, attorneys, auditors, etc.) in assimilating information to ensure that plan requirements are met, serve as project manager in overseeing the rollover of new and existing plan changes into the current business operating systems, generate reports to trustees and other trust professionals as necessary.
