We are looking for someone to join our Human Resources team as a Benefits/HR Analyst. As part of our team, you will be an important representative of the company, contributing to the Human Resources strategies, policies, and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include providing professional and technical support for the administration of ArcelorMittal Tubular Products’ health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs – specifically, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, and Retirement Plans. Our employee benefits and human resources areas will provide an opportunity for partnering with our team to help manage and administer our HR programs across the North American Tubular Products business. Position reports to the Supervisor, Benefits and Retirement.

Main Accountabilities
• Provide general assistance and support in the administration of HR and Benefits related processes and projects including annual Open Enrollment.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly vendor invoicing and premium payments.
• Assist with preparation of new hire orientation and benefits materials.
• Support the development and maintenance of the new hire enrollment, annual open enrollment, and periodic enrollments as well as benefit plans configured within Ceridian Dayforce.
• Develop reporting within the Ceridian Dayforce platform to assist the Manager, Benefits/HR and Supervisor, Benefits and Retirement.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all vendor invoicing and reporting.
• Develop and produce census reporting as required.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies identified by our health insurers after processing our weekly enrollment and eligibility files.
• Work with our TPA in the administration of the retiree programs: Retiree medical for legacy groups, Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), and life insurance. Maintain all retiree reporting.
• Assist with the administration of the annual wellness programs for various employee groups
• Oversight of the Motus Car Allowance program and month billing process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Background, Knowledge, and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant area from an accredited college or university preferred; or, the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in employee benefits and human resources desired.
• Working knowledge of the design, operation, and legal requirements of 401(k) plans, self-insured medical plans, and other welfare benefits required.
• Working knowledge of laws on benefits and compensation required.
• Exposure and experience with a union group a plus.
• Requires financial aptitude, strong detail orientation, good verbal and written communication skills, independent and self-motivated individual, dependable.
• Professional certification(s) desired in any of the job-related functional areas a plus, i.e., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
• Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams required.
• Experience with the Ceridian Dayforce HCM platform (pay/benefits) preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and business sites in a shared services environment.
