This position supports the design, implementation, efficacy, and compliance of the University’s benefit health, welfare, and retirement programs. This position carries out responsibilities in monitoring and improving programs, self-funded plan financials and manages the interpretation of benefit policies, programs, and practices.

At this time, this position will have a hybrid work model and a flexible rotation among the benefits team within the on-site office when not working remotely to achieve service excellence of our faculty and staff.
