The Human Resources Department at Colorado State University seeks applications for a Benefits Manager.

This is a newly developed position which advises and manages all benefit programs and advancements, including vendor management, recommendations to management, and oversight of team’s operational success.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance or another related field, at least 7 years of experience overseeing employee benefits programs, and at least 3 years of management experience overseeing personnel who administer employee benefits programs.

At this time, this position will have a flexible hybrid work model and will be required to rotate within the office on-site when not working remotely. Remote work may continue beyond the near future.
