National Employee Benefits Day

Celebrate Nation Employee Benefits Day on April 6, 2021.

Workplace mental health has been brought to the forefront during the COVID-19 pandemic, and for good reason—Elements like self-care and resilience are vital during times of stress and uncertainty. Benefit professionals know that mental health was already a growing focus for benefit plans, even before the pandemic, and now it will continue to be of heightened importance for years to come.

National Employee Benefits Day, which this year takes place on Tuesday, April 6, has always been a good time for benefit professionals to step back, assess the big picture, and take stock of available resources for plan participants and beneficiaries. For 2021, Benefits Day is focused on resilience and mental health, and the International Foundation is here to help provide resources.
