U.S. employers project a median health care cost increase of 8% for 2025, according to International Foundation survey results. This is an increase over similar surveys conducted in 2022 and 2023, which projected a 7% rise in costs. Considering the growing prominence of this category of pharmaceuticals, a new pulse survey on GLP-1 drugs was deployed in May 2024.
