Join Art & Science of Health Promotion Conference Chair Dr. Sara Johnson for a conversation with Dr. Lisa Cooper, director at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity, as they discuss the significance of the relationship between providers and patients in addressing health disparities. This conversation will introduce the concept of relationship-centered care and explore how all participants in health care systems, including health promotion professionals, can apply the teachings of relationship-centered care to improve and reduce health disparities in their populations.
