Many employees provide ongoing support to a loved one without ever identifying themselves as caregivers. What may begin as simply helping out can gradually become a significant responsibility as employees try to navigate complex social and medical systems on their loved one’s behalf.
In this session we will:
- Explore the many faces of caregiving
- Identify hidden caregiving responsibilities that can affect employees in the workplace
- Guide employers on supporting caregivers as they navigate these challenges.
