Organizations Jointly Producing Education for Global Human Resources Professionals

November 9, 2023—The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and WorldatWork, the Total Rewards Association, are excited to announce a new partnership on educational initiatives as they join to develop CONNECT, a conference specifically designed for multinational human resources, employee benefits and Total Rewards professionals.

The co-sponsored CONNECT Global Employee Benefits and Workforce Strategies Summit will take place July 22-24, 2024 in Chicago. The conference is tailor-made to assist multinational employers understand key issues, trends and solutions for developing and maintaining a global Total Rewards strategy. Through real-life case studies, roundtable discussions, breakout sessions, an interactive resource/solutions center and a host of networking opportunities, this premier event is designed to connect the growing community of global Total Rewards and benefits professionals.

This new partnership between two industry leaders in employee benefits and Total Rewards education allows the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and WorldatWork to combine their expertise and bring together comprehensive solutions on a global scale.
