The Brookfield, Wisconsin-based International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, a non-profit membership association that provides education for those working in employee benefit plans, has been recognized as one of Southeast Wisconsin’s Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The annual Top Workplaces list recognizes businesses and organizations that are identified, by their own staff, as outstanding workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey and measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures paramount to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

The Foundation also received a special recognition as an organization in Southeast Wisconsin that offers exceptional benefits for employees.

“Our amazing staff shows up every day to support our members who ensure the health and financial security of millions of workers worldwide,” said Terry Davidson, CEBS, CEO of the Foundation. “We’re grateful for this honor that recognizes the incredible work our employees do to support the Foundation’s critical, educational mission.”
