Angela Austman, LL.B.

Angela D. Austman is a partner with Lawson Lundell LLP, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has been practicing law for 20 years, specializing in private equity, corporate finance and securities. Austman routinely advises pension plans, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors from across Canada in connection with pooled fund investments, coinvestments and direct investments in all asset classes, domestically and internationally. In the past year, she has assisted clients in negotiating over $3.7 billion in commitments across more than 55 investments. Austman received her LL.B. degree from the University of British Columbia. She is called to the bar of British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
