Clare Devlin

Clare Devlin is a Principal in the Sustainable Investing group at CPP Investments, one of the world’s largest institutional investors and recently named the top ranked fund on governance. Clare leads sustainability-focused diligence and asset management for global public equities. Prior to joining Sustainable Investing, Clare worked with the fund’s Head of Compliance to build and execute CPP Investments’ first dedicated Compliance function. Clare is a former securities litigator at the Ontario Securities Commission where she prosecuted some of the OSC’s highest-profile illegal insider trading cases. She is an avid distance runner and is competing in her third marathon and first World Major in Chicago this fall.
