Mark Guiton

Mark Guiton was appointed chief executive officer of the IWA–Forest Industry Pension and LTD Plans in 2022. He had previously been the organization’s general counsel since 2017. Prior to joining the pension and benefits industry, Guiton served as the director of legal affairs for a provincial safety regulator with responsibility for the conduct of tribunal hearings, enforcement, investigation of major incidents and general legal matters. Guiton spent the first several years of his career as a trial lawyer with a diverse civil litigation practice, employing the skills he acquired as a law clerk with the BC Supreme Court.
