Doral Johnson, B.A., CEBS

Doral P. Johnson has worked as a consultant and third-party administrator for over 20 years and is currently serving as a consultant at Benchmark Decisions Ltd., a company that administers and consults to benefit trusts and other benefit programs throughout Canada. He provides consulting services to 17 plan sponsors representing in excess of 30,000 plan members. During his tenure with Benchmark Decisions and its affiliated company, Prudent Benefits Administrative Services, Inc., Johnson has helped establish four new benefit trusts, navigated the merger of two pension funds, and transitioned several health and welfare plans to more cost-effective self-funding arrangements. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Calgary, and he holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS)® designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
