Ann Kellen, CPA

Ann Kellen is the finance manager for the IBEW 292 Fringe Benefit Plans in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where she leads the financial and compliance areas. Previously, she worked for one of the largest publicly traded wholesale food distributors, managing the external audits of their single employer benefit plans. Ms. Kellen also worked for a large third-party administrator, managing the finance and/or compliance departments and overseeing their multiemployer clients’ external audits. She has also worked in public accounting, auditing multiemployer pension, welfare and apprentice plans as well as nonprofit organizations, including labor unions and school districts. Ms. Kellen has performed or reviewed payroll and other compliance audits and has prepared and/or reviewed tax returns, including 990s, 990-Ts, 5500s, 1041s and LM-2s. She currently holds an active Minnesota CPA license
