Peter Kennedy

Peter W. Kennedy is principal of PRM Consulting Group in Rockville, Maryland. He has had extensive experience in conducting and managing consulting projects for a variety of employers in the private, nonprofit and public sectors. This includes the review, analysis, design, development, implementation, communication and administration of executive compensation, employee compensation, performance management, incentives and total rewards. Kennedy has also advised clients on employee benefit matters since 1980, managed the benefits administration outsourcing operation for ADP Benefit Services in Maryland, and served as the head of Aon Consulting’s Baltimore and Bethesda offices. He is a graduate of Oberlin College with a B.A. degree in government, with Honors and the Sloan School of Management, M.I.T. with an M.S.M. degree in economics and industrial relations.
