Stephen O'Sick, CEBS, CEBS Compliant

Stephen J. O’Sick is the executive director of the New York Labor Health Care Alliance (NYLHCA). The NYLHCA is a coalition of over 60 union-sponsored health funds representing over 125,000 lives; Mr. O’Sick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He is also vice president of Telemedicine Operations for WorldCare MD, a director of the National Labor Alliance and a member of Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan’s Labor Advisory Board. Prior to assuming his role as Executive Director, he was fund administrator of the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local #2NY, Pension, Annuity and Health and Welfare Benefit Funds. Mr. O’Sick is a member of the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local Union #2NY and is a 1994 graduate of the BAC Local #2NY Joint Apprentice School. He was past Chair of the International Foundation’s Administrators Committee and has served two terms on the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Mr. O’Sick is a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator at Foundation and other educational conferences and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation.
