Seasoned electrical industry professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as Executive Director of the Greater Cleveland and North Central Ohio Chapters of NECA. Responsible for overseeing chapter operations, labor relations, and the administration of multiple collectively bargained benefit plans. Extensive experience working with multi-employer trust funds, including serving as a trustee or alternate trustee on numerous ERISA-governed plans. Actively engaged in collective bargaining, fund governance, and strategic planning to ensure long-term sustainability, compliance, and strong member outcomes.

  • Experience spans a wide range of fund types, including joint apprenticeship and training committees (JATCs), defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans (including trustee- and participant-directed 401(k)/profit-sharing plans), health and welfare funds, and supplemental benefit funds such as health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), retiree healthcare, and unemployment/supplemental income funds.
  • Responsibilities include fiduciary oversight of plan operations, review of financial and actuarial reports, collection and compliance with contributions, evaluation of benefit structures, and vendor oversight. Regularly collaborates with fund professionals, including attorneys, actuaries, auditors, and administrators, to support prudent decision-making and protect plan assets and participants.
