Kevin Rozek, FCIA, FSA

Kevin Rozek is a senior vice president and consulting actuary at Segal with 20+ years of actuarial consulting experience. He serves as Segal’s pension and benefits practice leader in Canada, and he is the client relationship manager for several of Segal’s multi-employer pension and health clients and international union staff pension plans registered in Canada. Rozek is a fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He has specialized expertise in pension plan funding and design and focuses on helping his clients improve and monitor the health of their pension and benefit programs by implementing effective risk management solutions. Previously, Rozek was a national leader for the development and implementation of customized online retirement solutions, which includes retirement modelling tools, decision-making tools and total reward statements. He earned a bachelor of science degree with a major in mathematics and minor in chemistry from Thompson Rivers University.
