Eric Stanger supports large, complex employers in evaluating and designing individual market solutions for retiree health care. Stanger has
over 20 years of human resource consulting and product management
experience, having started in the industry with a focus on HR benchmarking before he transitioned to developing and managing health
benefits solutions. For the past 12 years, Stanger has been deeply involved in the retiree health exchange industry. He led the retiree
health exchange at Conduent for seven years, responsible for client
satisfaction, operations, sales, profit and loss, and product development. More recently, he led business development for Aon’s retiree
health exchange for the Eastern U.S., helping organizations understand and closely evaluate exchange solutions for their retirees.
Stanger holds a B.A. degree in political science from the University of
California, San Diego, and an M.B.A. degree and a J.D. degree from
the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
