Jake Stevens, ASA, MAAA

Jake is an Actuary and Vice President with Aon’s Health Solutions practice in Dallas, TX. His responsibilities include leading actuarial team delivery and shaping benefits strategy recommendations, working closely with team members and clients to understand all aspects of their plan offering, including guiding principles and goals in order to proactively advise clients where appropriate. Jake specializes in the performance of various actuarial analyses and modeling techniques to evaluate client-specific data, leading to actionable activities that can increase efficiency and create savings opportunities for employersponsored health and benefits programs. During his time at Aon, he has supported strategic client decision-making capabilities through pricing and budget forecasting, experience monitoring, incurred but not reported reserve analysis, health care data analytics, bargaining negotiations and other projects related to self-funded health plans. Jake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. He became an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries in 2016. He also holds a General Lines Agent License for Life, Accident, and Health in Texas.
