Isabelle Wettergren is a native of Montréal, Canada. She is fluent in
French and has dual Canadian–U.S. citizenship. She and her husband
reside in southwest Florida and are the proud parents of two fabulously talented, emerging adults. She holds a master’s degree in
Health and Wellness Psychology–Organizational Leadership and a
bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She is a National Board-Certified
Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Certified Professional
Recovery Coach (CPRC). Isabelle is an active member of the National
Wellness Institute and holds the gold-standard wellness certification—
Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP). She is also the lead curator and
a trainer for the Certified Facilitator in Addiction Awareness for Human
Resources (CFAA-HR) Professionals program which, according to the
U.S. Department of Labor, proactively addresses substance misuse in
the workplace. As an ambassador of Mental Health and Well-Being,
Isabelle combines 23 years of experience teaching and leading wellness initiatives with her personal journey of overcoming addiction to
inspire others to live life to the fullest. She uses humor, vulnerability,
and authenticity to put her audiences at ease. She is passionate about
removing barriers to seeking help and normalizing the conversation
about mental health.
