Gold
Each gold sponsorship option includes one complimentary conference registration plus one conference registration at a 50% discount.
Small-Conference Lanyards for a Year (Exclusive): Opportunity for one organization to sponsor attendee lanyards used at all smaller conferences within the year. Does not include HBCE, Art & Science or CONNECT. Company logo printed in color on each lanyard for attendee name badges.
Sponsorship of Conference App (Exclusive): Available at most conferences. Please inquire for details. Your company logo will appear on the splash screen each time attendees open the app and on signage located in high-traffic areas of venue.
Specialty Conference Bundle Discount: Sponsor any three or more specialty conferences at the Gold Level within a calendar year and receive a 20% discount on each sponsorship. Does not include HBCE or Art & Science.
WiFi: Your company name and logo will be displayed on attendee devices with every WiFi login, incorporated in the WiFi password and on prominent signage.
Silver
Each silver sponsorship option includes one complimentary conference registration.
Attendee Luncheon: Your company name and logo featured on conference signage in high-traffic areas, on table tent cards placed on attendee tables and at lunch buffet stations at the sponsored event.
Networking Reception: Your company logo displayed on a variety of signage in high-traffic areas at your sponsored event.
Spotlight Activity: Design your own wellness-related activity to present to the full audience. Activity and schedule must be approved by IFEBP. Let's discuss your ideas!

Each bronze sponsorship includes one conference registration at a 50% discount.
